KB 2686509 kann nicht installiert werdenGeschlossen

Hallo,

ich kann das oben erwähnten Windows-Update nicht installieren.
Wisst ihr warum? Habt ihr auch ein Lösung dafür?

Hallo,

Gehe zu:C\windows\softwaredistribution\download
Lösche den Inhalt des Ordners Download
Installiere manuell ---> KB2686509

Nachdem ich den Ordner Download gelöscht habe und eine manuelle Installation versuchte, habe ich diese Meldung:
Setup kann nicht fortgesetzt werden.....Weitere Informationen sind in der Protokolldatei c:\windows\KB2686509.log enthalten.
